El profesor Sean Zhang desarroll\u00f3 un nuevo sistema de impresi\u00f3n en el cual se utiliza agua en vez de tinta y un papel especial que cambia de color al momento de entrar en contacto con las mol\u00e9culas de H\u2082O. El sistema funciona de la siguiente forma: el papel que se utiliza contiene colorantes sensibles a la humedad y cuando reaccionan con el agua se muestra la impresi\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan palabras del Prof. Zhang en un estudio de innovaci\u00f3n publicado en la revista Nature Communications el 28 de Enero: \u00abwe all know we are facing many problems.
