Se reconoce la libertad de ense\u00f1anza.<br \/>\n2) La educacion tendr\u00e1 por objeto el <strong>pleno desarrollo de la personalidad humana<\/strong> en el respeto a los principios democr\u00e1ticos y libertades fundamentales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfLas TIC\u00b4S facilitan la libertad de ense\u00f1anza? \u00bfy el pleno desarrollo de la personalidad humana?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto no se habr\u00e1 escrito ya sobre el t\u00edtulo de este post? La verdad es que si hoy estamos aqu\u00ed y t\u00fa est\u00e1s ah\u00ed ley\u00e9ndonos es porque estamos avanzado hacia un nuevo modelo de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje que se perfila como eje vertebrador de la educaci\u00f3n del siglo XX respecto del siglo XXI.<\/p>\n<p>El Dr. Pere Marqu\u00e8s Graells, del Dpto de Pedagog\u00eda Aplicada de la Facultad de Educaci\u00f3n de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Barcelona, nos habla del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.peremarques.net\/siyedu.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">\u00abIMPACTO DE LAS TIC EN EDUCACI\u00d3N: FUNCIONES Y LIMITACIONES\u00bb<\/a>.
