Una iniciativa desarrollada por tres profesores de la Universidad que busca \u00abimpulsar la renovaci\u00f3n metodol\u00f3gica, la mejora educativa y la integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas emergentes en el sistema de ense\u00f1anza online\u00bb, defienden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un enfoque \u00abdid\u00e1ctico e innovador\u00bb que esperan aporte \u00abaire fresco\u00bb al estudio de las asignaturas, explica <strong>Aitana Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>. La docente respalda la necesidad del proyecto en la creciente demanda social por personalizar la educaci\u00f3n de los conocimientos Universitarios, as\u00ed como potenciar la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gico-pedag\u00f3gica y la motivaci\u00f3n del estudiante. La estructura de las asignaturas se mantiene: actividades, controles y aula virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLo nuevo es el dise\u00f1o\u00bb, contin\u00faa Gonz\u00e1lez, apoyado en el <em><strong>microlearning <\/strong><\/em>o microaprendizaje. Un sistema que fragmenta el contenido te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico en \u00abpeque\u00f1as p\u00edldoras de conocimiento\u00bb para explicar conceptos y herramientas, desgrana la profesora del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udima.es\/es\/areas\/ciencias-trabajo-rrhh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e1rea de ciencias del trabajo<\/a> de la UDIMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo aspecto innovador es el medio que utiliza la UDIMA para realizar parte de las <strong>actividades de evaluaci\u00f3n continua (AEC)<\/strong>. Los estudiantes participar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de un grupo en la aplicaci\u00f3n de mensajer\u00eda <strong>Telegram<\/strong>, apunta el profesor <strong>Luis Manuel Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>.  S\u00f3lo tienen que crearse un alias o usuario, y nadie acceder\u00e1 a sus n\u00fameros personales, tranquiliza el profesor de la <strong>Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Telegram: participaci\u00f3n \u00abflexible y din\u00e1mica\u00bb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa incluye dos cuestionarios, uno al inicio y otro al final del proyecto. El primero verifica los conocimientos previos de las asignaturas en que se aplicar\u00e1 esta metodolog\u00eda. El segundo se recogen datos sociodemogr\u00e1ficos. La valoraci\u00f3n final de las AEC depender\u00e1 del \u00abgrado de participaci\u00f3n\u00bb en el grupo de Telegram, as\u00ed como de las respuestas ofrecidas en el aula virtual, abunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLos dispositivos m\u00f3viles se han convertido, para bien y para mal, en objetos casi omnipresentes en nuestras vidas, por lo que la interacci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de Telegram har\u00e1 que tengamos m\u00e1s &#8216;a mano&#8217; la posibilidad de participar y mantener el ritmo de los estudios, flexibilizando el cu\u00e1ndo lo hacemos\u00bb, resume Gonz\u00e1lez.
