{"id":911,"date":"2012-12-04T18:22:50","date_gmt":"2012-12-04T16:22:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.informaticaudima.com\/?p=236"},"modified":"2016-02-02T17:16:49","modified_gmt":"2016-02-02T17:16:49","slug":"un-sistema-revolucionario-de-memoria-ram","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blogs.udima.es\/ingenieria-informatica\/un-sistema-revolucionario-de-memoria-ram\/","title":{"rendered":"Un sistema revolucionario de memoria RAM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dos cient\u00edficos espa\u00f1oles e investigadores del Laboratorio de Nanoelectr\u00f3nica de la Universidad de Granada, cuyos nombres son Noel Rodr\u00edguez y Francisco G\u00e1miz, han investigado sobre  un nuevo est\u00e1ndar en el almacenamiento digital y que han llamado memoria A-RAM del acr\u00f3nimo  \u00abAdvanced Random Access Memory\u00bb<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.udima.es\/ingenieria-informatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/funcionamiento_RAM_dinamica.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-239\" title=\"funcionamiento_RAM_dinamica\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.udima.es\/ingenieria-informatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/funcionamiento_RAM_dinamica-285x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"285\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Las bases de la memoria de acceso r\u00e1pido, se han modificado muy poco desde su invenci\u00f3n en los a\u00f1os 60 a cargo de Robert Dennard en IBM (EEUU), los datos necesarios para el funcionamiento de un  ordenador se almacenan en forma de ceros (ausencia de carga) y unos  (presencia de carga) en arrays de celdas de memoria DRAM (Dynamic Random  Access Memory)\u201d. Para ello dichas celdas de memoria DRAM est\u00e1n formadas por un  transistor y un condensador (\u00f3 1T-1C-DRAM), es decir, cada bit de  informaci\u00f3n se almacena en forma de carga el\u00e9ctrica en una celda formada  por un <strong>condensador<\/strong> (que almacena la carga) y un<strong> transistor <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s del cual se accede a dicha carga y, por lo tanto, a la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El modelo de A-RAM lo que hace es eliminar el condensador, y almacena toda la informaci\u00f3n en el transistor, que  tambi\u00e9n sirve el acceso a los datos.
