Seg\u00fan aparece en esta sentencia, fechada el d\u00eda 22 de marzo \u00abel recurso directo pierde su objeto cuando, al tiempo de dictar sentencia, la norma reglamentaria ha sido ya eliminada por cualquier otro medio del ordenamiento jur\u00eddico\u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>La compensaci\u00f3n equitativa por copia privada fue derogada por la Disposici\u00f3n Adicional D\u00e9cima del Real Decreto ley 20\/2011, de 30 de Diciembre de 2012. Por ello, la sentencia de la Audiencia Nacional ahora se hace firme.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edctor Domingo, portavoz de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Internautas, ha se\u00f1alado a Europa Press que con esta resoluci\u00f3n se deja la puerta abierta para que \u00abcualquiera que tenga facturas pida su devoluci\u00f3n sin problemas porque est\u00e1 ajustado al derecho\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, indica que la Asociaci\u00f3n de Internautas pensar\u00e1 en hacer una campa\u00f1a para que \u00abadministraciones p\u00fablicas, empresas y usuarios individuales puedan reclamar que esas cantidades sean devueltas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Las entidades que presentaron este recurso son la Asociaci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n de Derechos Intelectuales (AGEDI); Artistas, Int\u00e9rpretes o Ejecutantes (AIE); Artistas Int\u00e9rpretes Sociedad de Gesti\u00f3n (AISGE); Centro Espa\u00f1ol de Derechos Reprogr\u00e1ficos (CEDRO); Derechos de Autor de Medios Audiovisuales Entidad de Gesti\u00f3n (DAMA); Entidad de Gesti\u00f3n de Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales (EGEDA) y Visual, Entidad de Gesti\u00f3n de Artistas Pl\u00e1sticos (VEGAP).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal Supremo ha declarado la \u00abp\u00e9rdida sobrevenida de objeto\u00bb del recurso de casaci\u00f3n presentado por las entidades de gesti\u00f3n contra la sentencia de la Audiencia Nacional que anul\u00f3 el canon digital.
